Apply critical thinking to engage in analysis of quantitative and qualitative research methods and research findings.<\/p>\n 3. Use and translate research evidence to inform and improve practice, policy, and service delivery.<\/p>\n Evidence Based Learning:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. I demonstrated this competency in my practicum by researching interventions\u00a0for a child who was working on communication skills. In the classroom I demonstrated this by participating in research day.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2. During my practicum I researched information on parenting tools and ways to connect with their children. I shared this information on Family Day. I also researched information on common issues<\/a>\u00a0faced by our Bethel’s client population, and I presented this information in one of our Independent Living Groups.\u00a0In the classroom I demonstrated this by conducting research for research day, and presenting the information to a group of professors and students.<\/span><\/p>\n 3. I demonstrated this throughout my practicum by administering Behavior Assessment System for Children (BASC) questionnaires.
