Collect and organize data, and apply critical thinking to interpret information from clients and constituencies.<\/p>\n 2. Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-environment, and other multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks in the analysis of assessment data from clients and constituencies.<\/p>\n 3. Develop mutually agreed-on intervention goals and objectives based on the critical assessment of strengths, needs, and challenges within clients and constituencies.<\/p>\n 4. Select appropriate intervention strategies based on the assessment, research, knowledge, and values and preferences of clients and constituencies.<\/p>\n Evidence Based Learning:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. I demonstrated this practice behavior in practicum by creating a timeline and and eco-map with my client. In the classroom I demonstrated this by gathering information from pseudo clients in order to fill out their bio-psycho-social.<\/p>\n 2. In order to fulfill the requirements for this practice behavior I conducted and Individual Program Plan (IPP)<\/a> for my client. In the classroom I demonstrated this by creating SMART goals with pseudo clients.<\/p>\n 3. I met this requirement by creating SMART goals with my client after discussing her reasons for being at Bethel Bible Village. In the classroom I demonstrated this by creating SMART goals with my pseudo client after conducting a bio-psycho-social assessment<\/a>.<\/p>\n 4. I demonstrated this by researching intervention methods based on my knowledge on the client, and my supervisors guidance.
