Practice Behaviors:<\/strong><\/p>\n 8.1 Implement clinical evidence-based interventions with individuals, families, and\/or groups<\/p>\n Field Evidence: I demonstrated this practice behavior by implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions with my caseload. I also demonstrated this with the evidence-based curriculum<\/a> my co-facilitator and I created for the generational trauma group we conducted.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Academic Evidence: I demonstrated this practice behavior by implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with my pseudo client for my Advanced Clinical Practice course. This video<\/a> demonstrated the application of the skills I learned in this course. I also presented an evidence-based group powerpoint<\/a> based on generational trauma in Dalton High School and how to help students learn coping skills.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 8.2 Integrate macro level evidence-based strategies with organizations and\/or communities<\/p>\n Field Evidence: I demonstrated this practice behavior by creating and delivering an ACEs Presentation<\/a>. I educated social work professionals on ACEs and provided evidence-based interventions to help alleviate symptoms associated with a high ACE score.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Academic Evidence: I demonstrated this by collaborating with classmates in creating a pseudo organization and writing a paper<\/a> describing the overall organization flow and sustainability.
