Conduct and disseminate research that responds to social work practice needs and uses ethical, culturally informed, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive strategies to advance the purposes of social work

To prepare for my Purple Thursday booth and prepare for advocacy, I conducted comprehensive research to create both an informative fact sheet and an engaging quiz that highlights the relationship between domestic violence and housing insecurity using the social work value of social justice while also taking a trauma informed approach.  I used the cognitive processes of creativity and analysis and the affective process of responding.
