I am committed to leading in the advocacy of these important issues, engaging in anti-racism practice, as well as designing and implementing social action strategies in social work practice. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I will professionally take action to demonstrate this by actively listening to the populations that I serve, showing empathy, and defending and ensuring cultural diversity. I will challenge injustice and inequality by regularly reviewing agency policies and raising awareness within my sphere of practice and social influence.
