Using my <strong>social work skill<\/strong> and <strong>knowledge<\/strong> of <strong>assessments<\/strong>, I offered to create a Google form so that the members of the resident engagement team and vote on which option they feel would be best for the distribution of casework in regard to the HMA visits and use the<strong> social work value<\/strong> of <strong>service<\/strong>. I then sent that out to the team and shared the results with my manager. I used the <strong>cognitive processes<\/strong> of <strong>problem solving<\/strong> and <strong>planning<\/strong> and the <strong>affective processes<\/strong> of <strong>collaboration<\/strong> and <strong>teamwork<\/strong>.
