Assess with Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities<\/em><\/p>\n

As an advanced-level social worker, I have a commitment to thorough assessments across diverse levels of practice, including individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. My experience will enable me to formulate comprehensive assessments using a variety of tools, which will ensure a better understanding of my clients and the systems that I serve. I will critically examine evidence-based practices and stay at the forefront of the field and will be prepared to address the complex needs of the individuals and communities that I serve. I will implement organizational and community assessments, using an approach that includes environmental, systemic, and cultural factors. I will use evidence-based assessments and will also take into consideration the needs of the individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities with whom I engage.<\/span><\/p>\n
