This needs assessment was completed by surveying the Disaster Action Team Responders, Disaster Care Workers, and the Disaster Program Manager using <strong>formal and informal interviewing skills<\/strong>. During the <strong>informal interview<\/strong>, I <strong>actively listened, summarized<\/strong>, and <strong>paraphrased<\/strong> the information they shared, ensuring that I understood what the responders were communicating to me.
