This partnership will enable vulnerable children and their families to meet their <strong>tangible needs while support is also offered through relationships<\/strong> to meet the family&#8217;s <strong>social and emotional needs<\/strong>. We use the <strong>Empowerment Theory<\/strong> when <strong>combating the social and economic injustice<\/strong> that these families and children face. In connection with CarePortal, Chattanooga Purpose Center will significantly <strong>impact<\/strong> the hurting youth and families in Hamilton County by <strong>creating a far-reaching support system<\/strong> for those who need it to keep their families together.
