I do this by seeking opportunities to engage and learn from people with diverse backgrounds in my workplace and community. With the knowledge gained, I advocate by joining causes that fight oppression that affects my community and clients. I use self-reflection to help identify personal biases and then apply diversity training to help combat those biases. I also recognize that my clients\/constituents are the experts of their own experiences.
