Being the program manager allowed me to <strong>complete<\/strong> an organizational chart and budgets using the skills I learned in an <strong>organizational administration course<\/strong>. I used the <strong>Organizational Framework<\/strong> while r<strong>esearching and analyzing<\/strong> what type of organizational chart would best suit the Chattanooga Purpose Center. I <strong>created<\/strong> a divisional organizational structure, reflecting the need for Chattanooga Purpose Center to operate as two separate entities. One is the requesting agency with case management and BSW internships, and another is the implementing partner with regional managers, ambassadors, and MSW internships. This chart would allow the organization to understand the chain of command.<\/p>\n<p>I then used the <strong>budget ethics framework<\/strong> to create two budgets for Chattanooga Purpose Center. One would be without full-time employees, and the other was with two full-time employees due to growth within the program. I <strong>synthesized<\/strong> information on the need for budgets to <strong>reflect the understanding<\/strong> of the needs and priorities of the organization. I <strong>researched<\/strong> evidence-based information on the pay in Hamilton County for each position and what benefits motivate employees to stay with a company.
