My name is Jaclyn Beckler and I welcome you to review my social work portfolio site. This site is a reflection of the social work values I uphold, as well as the academic and professional opportunities that have been available to me during my time in the Southern Adventist University MSW program.
About Me
My passion lies in foster care. I appreciate diversity in my practice and advocate for social justice for all of my clients. I believe utilizing the person-in-environment perspective when working with clients helps guide me to understand each unique individual in the context of their multifaceted environment. I hope to further my social work career as an MSW and continue working with foster youth.
