In order to build knowledge, we understand the values of logic, culturally informed and ethical approaches. There\u2019s also an understanding of the procedures that it takes to decipher research findings, effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice Behaviors:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in a review of contemporary best practices<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research that responds to social work practice needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4A Evidence: <\/strong><em>Engage in a review of contemporary best practices<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Course:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0I conduced a literature and resource review regarding my policy project. I created an <a href=\"https:\/\/swpro.org\/bmray\/files\/2020\/08\/Comprehensive-Policy_Advocacy-Action-Plan-Liz-Leslie-Marie.pdf\">Action Plan<\/a> that reviewed historical movements, key figures, and political forces that discussed a few best practices based on human trafficking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4B Evidence:\u00a0<\/strong><em>Conduct research that responds to social work practice needs<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Course:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0During my Trauma and Emergency Management I had to create a PowerPoint that discusses vicarious trauma and self-care.
