For right now, I believe that this means working for Centerstone as a school-based therapist. In the future, I will go wherever God calls me to help his children.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Year: One year from obtaining my MSW I hope to be working for Centerstone as a school-based therapist.<\/li>\n<li>5 Year: Five years from obtaining my MSW I hope to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continue working in school therapy.<\/li>\n<li>10 Year: Ten years from obtaining my MSW I hope to be obtaining either my Doctorate degree in social work or an additional masters degree in Psychology and working in private practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Self-Care Plans<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As for my self care plan, I plan to do the following:\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once per month &#8211; Get a massage, read one book, take one weekend completely off &amp; go to a favorite store<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once per week &#8211; Read (or listen to) at least 70 pages, clean my house, spend time with family or friends &amp; take a hot bath<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once per day &#8211; Check in with myself, eat at least one healthful meal, drink at least one half gallon of water, listen to music &amp; do at least one productive thing (school, house work, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>After too many years of overworking myself and not taking care of my mental and physical health, I have made it my mission to turn this around. I want to start myself off healthy and well in my career and maintain this level of self-care for decades to come.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Career Goals I plan to spend my career helping people in the way that God calls me to.
