I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree. My academic and professional interests include advocating for social justice, addressing systemic inequalities, and empowering underserved communities. Through my field education and practicum experiences, I have developed skills in assessment, case management, community engagement, and advocacy. I have experienced working with diverse populations, facilitating client-centered interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.<\/span><\/p>\n

My mission is to empower individuals and communities by fostering equity, love, and meaningful change. I strive to create inclusive environments where every soul feels safe, valued, and respected. Guided by a commitment to compassion, kindness, and advocacy, I believe the heart is the core of our humanity\u2014the source of empathy, the key to building meaningful relationships, and the foundation for a better, more just society. <\/span><\/p>\n

Career Goals<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Here are some of my career goals for the future: I plan to gain administrative experience through internships or entry-level positions that focus on the operational side of social work organizations. I aim to develop policy advocacy skills by participating in workshops, trainings, and campaigns to learn how to influence social policies effectively. Building a professional network by connecting with social work leaders, policymakers, and community organizers is also a priority, as it will open doors for new opportunities and collaborations. Additionally, I want to strengthen my expertise by earning certifications in nonprofit management or policy analysis and pursuing an MBA to enhance my leadership and administrative skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
