I also would like to use this time to obtain my LMSW.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Five Year:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">In five years, I hope to have obtained my LCSW. Additionally, I hope to be a licensed clinical social worker in a position where I utilize my skills, knowledge, and experience in addiction or mental health settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ten Year:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Within ten years, I hope to obtain my one-year and five-year goals. I hope to continue to learn and expand my knowledge, skills, and experience assisting others in every aspect possible. I want to still have my current passion for helping others and being empathic to their situations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Self-Care<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Plan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">I plan on keeping a boundary between my professional and personal life, and this is something I am currently working on. It can be challenging to keep professional and personal boundaries, and having the boundary will not prevent having to deal with stressful experiences. To help deal with and manage stress, I plan to continue taking classes at the gym. I currently enjoy Zumba, Spin, and Bungee classes weekly.
