Basing suggested interventions off of evidence-based practices and taking the assessment into consideration are ways to fufill this competency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice Behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Critically Choose and implement interventions to achieve practice goals and enhance capacities of clients and constituencies.<\/li>\n<li>Apply Knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person in environment, and other multidisciplinary frameworks in interventions with clients and constituencies.<\/li>\n<li>Use inter-professional collaboration as appropriate\u00a0 to achieve beneficial practice outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate, mediate, and advocate with an on behalf of diverse clients and constituencies.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate effective transitions and endings that advance mutually agreed upon goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Evidence<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Field<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was able to assist a client in order to help pay her electric bill that she otherwise would not have been able to afford. I filled out a LIHEAP Application for her so that her bill would be paid for the next few months. I was also able to pack food boxes for a variety of clients with different dietary needs.
