As we are always striving to do better for our clients, evaluating programs and interventions can be a way to discover strengths and weaknesses. Identifying these factors can help improve services provided which will result in better client outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice Behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select and use appropriate methods for evaluation of outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-environment, and other multidisciplinary frameworks in the evaluation of outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Critically analyze, monitor, and evaluate intervention and program processes and outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Apply Evaluation findings to improve practice effectiveness at the micro,mezzo, and macro levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Evidence<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Field<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In my practicum placement, I evaluated the geriatrics program by tallying up client satisfaction survey results.
