Assessment tools, best practices, different therapies are all methods of intervention to accomplish goals. I will use critical skills and analytical skills for interventions. I will intervene on the micro, mezzo, and macro levels.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><b>8A &#8211; Implement clinical evidence-based interventions with individuals, families, and\/or groups<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Course Evidence:<\/strong> During my Advanced Clinical Practice II course, I practiced Cognitive Behavior Therapy in a group pseudo session. I used active listening, reflective, and critical thinking skills. When working with small children, it is best to engage with them by play therapy. In utilizing the Social Learning theory, during one of the sessions, we played a board game to practice good sportsmanship. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To view the journal, please click <a href=\"https:\/\/swpro.org\/kmeneses\/files\/2020\/07\/Journal-8.1.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><b>8B &#8211; Integrate macro level evidence-based strategies with organizations and\/or communities<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Course Evidence:\u00a0<\/strong> In my Advanced Administrative Practice class, my classmates and I created an organization proposal as an assignment.The organization is called <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Proposito. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Due to the values of service and social justice, the organization\u2019s mission is to provide holistic services to immigrants living in the Chattanooga, Tennessee community. In order to practice social distancing and bring awareness of the safety measures, I created an informational session on COVID-19 home safety measures for the residents of Newark, NJ.
