During my internship at the Chattanooga Purpose Center, I had the opportunity to develop and implement policies and procedures related to dress code, conduct, social media, and computer usage. The policies were implemented to combat informational social influence, and the interns of Chattanooga Purpose will clearly understand the expectations and the ramifications of not following the policies.
