At the American Red Cross, the Be Ready presentations were evaluated by the group members in attendance. The group members evaluated the presentation material and how well I did as a presenter. This type of evaluation allowed the American Red Cross to determine if the material effectively reached the audience, was understandable, and was valuable. The evaluation of the presenter would allow the American Red Cross to determine if the presenter was knowledgeable and engaging or needed more training.
