Introduction:  As a social worker, I review, conduct, and use the knowledge gained from research in an ethically, culturally informed, antiracist, and anti-oppressive approach. To remain competent, I continuously search for opportunities to stay current on research that may affect my clients. This approach helps ensure I make the best-informed decisions and use evidence-based practice while working with clients, policies, and programs.
