During the fall Administration course, cohorts and I developed a Needs Assessment Plan using the skills from courses in research and mental health interventions to examine the mental health needs of students with two or more ACEs attending Hamilton County middle and high schools and what services would aid in improving their academic success. We applied the Person-in-environment theory by analyzing a literature review while developing our Needs Assessment Plan.
