During the Advanced Administration course, my group and I completed a Market Analysis and Environmental Assessment (see pages 8 to 10) to determine what resources were available in Hamilton County that worked with youth and young adults with parental care or guardianship. Based on the information from the assessment, we were able to design an organization to help youth and young adults without parental or guardianship in Chattanooga. This organization will offer services to ensure these individuals have the support and skills to thrive and become successful citizens.
