Introduction:  As a social worker, I use evidence-based practice to engage with my clients, whether with individuals, families, groups, organizations, or within the community. I utilize person-in-environment, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, and Rogerian Theory to interact with my clients. I maintain a good relationship with my clients by using empathy and gaining their trust. I commit to continuous human behavior education to use the most culturally relevant theories in my community and workplace.
