Introduction:  As a social worker, I advocate for the equal rights and dignity of everyone in my community and workforce. I do this by seeking opportunities to continue diversity education and supporting services that advance human rights. I advocate and lead others to engage in social, racial, economic, and environmental justice by lobbying for policies that affect my neighborhood, state, and clients.

2.1 Demonstrate leadership in developing and implementing evidence-based practice with relevant strategies that advance human rights at the individual, family, group, organizational, community, research, and policy levels.
